A zoning map amendment for a 104-acre property owned by the Kershaw County School District located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 1 South and Richardson Boulevard. The amendment reclassified the land from R-15 Low Density Residential to B-2 General Business to facilitate the installation of a wireless communication tower.
